General purpose commercial information technology equipment, software and service solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP, pronounced ‘soup’), is a multi-award Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) vehicle focused on commercial IT products and product based services.

With over 140 pre-competed Prime Contract Holders, SEWP offers a wide range of commercial advanced technology including tablets, desktops and servers, IT peripherals, network equipment, storage systems, security tools, software products, cloud based services, telecommunications, health IT, sensors, video conferencing systems and other IT, communication and audio-visual products. Product-based Services including installation, training, maintenance and warranty are also available through SEWP.

Veteran Engineering and Technology is the primary partner of a joint venture called Veteran Information and Technology (VIT) which was formed to win a NASA SEWP contract. Our efforts were successful and in 2015 VIT was awarded a SEWP V contract under the SDVOSB business designation.

Our Performance details may be found on the NASA website, and VIT (listed as “VetInfoTech”) is currently rated “excellent” in four of five, and “very good” in the remaining Program Performance rating areas.

SEWP offers low prices (generally below GSA schedule prices), the lowest surcharge (0.375%) and the easiest and fastest ordering procedure using pre-competed contracts.
