Norman H. Andersson, CEO
Norman H. Andersson has been the CEO of Veteran Engineering and Technology, LLC since 2008. He had an extensive career in the U.S. Army and U.S. Army Reserve, as well as the defense contracting community where he gained experience with both large and small companies.

Mr. Andersson graduated from the U.S. Military Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and later received a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah, and a Ph.D. in Christian Leadership from Louisiana Baptist University. He is also a graduate of the U.S. Army War College. He retired from the Army as a Brigadier General.

He has served in various leadership positions in local and national not-for-profit organizations and recently served as the Chairman of the Board for Aventa Credit Union.

Craig S. Newmaker, President and COO
Mr. Newmaker holds a BS degree in Computer Science from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, graduating with academic distinction. He also has a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Colorado Technical University.

Mr. Newmaker served on active duty in the U.S. Army in a variety of assignments with the Army Signal Corps. After separating from the Army, he worked as a software technical lead and manager for CTA Incorporated, Client/Server Division of Titan Corporation, and Booz-Allen & Hamilton working in the defense, e-commerce, and telecommunications domains.

With decades of experience in software development, to include all phases of the software lifecycle, Mr. Newmaker has expertise in the following languages and development environments: C/C++, Java, Visual Basic, SQL, Ada, Oracle, FORTRAN, COBOL, Pascal, AWK, UNIX shells, and LISP.
