Operating the Cyberspace Training Support effort for the U.S. Air Force. Provides technical support, training management, and systems sustainment for Air Force cyberspace training programs at Keesler AFB.

Sustained the Air Force's enterprise Working Dog Management System — custom software development and sustainment for the Air Force Security Forces working dog program enterprise-wide.

Sustained the AETC Technical Training Management System — full lifecycle software sustainment supporting Air Force technical training enterprise-wide. Trained both VET and Air Force staff in CMMI-DEV Level 3 practices; both organizations successfully achieved CMMI-DEV L3 certification under this program.

Developed the enterprise Basic Military Training system — a subtask under TTMS. Full custom software development from requirements through deployment, supporting Air Force recruit training management.

Provided ISSM support and Test Center Administration at Keesler AFB. Cybersecurity compliance, RMF support, and testing environment management for the 81st Training Support Squadron.

Provided IT support services to the 355th Civil Engineer Squadron at Davis-Monthan AFB — day-to-day IT operations, systems support, and technical assistance for civil engineering mission systems.

Provided software maintenance, development, and enhancement to RLAS — the Army Reserve's primary logistics management system supporting tens of thousands of USAR soldiers nationwide.

Operated and maintained the SharePoint platform and modules for the Army Reserve Portal Tool — enterprise collaboration and portal platform supporting USAR operations and communications.

Sustained the iPERMS databases and websites — the Army's enterprise system for managing official military personnel files and records for active and reserve components.

Provided software development and sustainment for the Army Training Management System — enterprise platform managing Army training requirements, scheduling, and reporting across multiple commands under TRADOC.

Provided C4/IM sustainment for the Fort Dix Network Enterprise Center — command, control, communications, computers, and information management support for installation network operations under IMCOM.

Provided AWS cloud hosting infrastructure for the CAMP portal — cloud architecture, deployment, and management supporting Army acquisition workforce career development.
